Services and branch availability

Service sets, facilities, equipment, professionals, offers and availability may differ by branch. Website information is not a guarantee that a particular service or professional is available at a requested time.

The relevant branch confirms availability and any consultation requirements before an appointment is final.

Prices and GST

Published catalogue prices state whether applicable GST is included or added separately. The applicable treatment can differ by service. The branch confirms the final payable amount before service or payment.

Prices, eligibility and offers may be corrected or changed when approved. An obvious display error does not require a branch to provide a service at the incorrect price.

Appointment requests

The website saves your enquiry and prepares a WhatsApp request; it does not create or confirm an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when the selected branch responds and agrees to the service, date, time and any applicable requirements.

Where a preferred professional is unavailable, the branch may suggest another professional or time. Arriving late may affect what can be completed safely and properly.

Vinitas membership

Membership currently costs ₹100 as the final GST-inclusive amount and is valid for 365 days from activation. Payment and activation take place at a Vinitas branch.

Members receive 15% off services specifically marked as eligible and may access approved member combo packages. The branch verifies active membership before confirming any benefit.

Combos and Combo Add-On Prices

Member combos are approved combinations offered at a stated member price. Individual totals shown for comparison are informational.

A service may be added to a chosen combo only where an explicit Combo Add-On Price has been approved. That add-on price is not available as a standalone service price.

Consultation, suitability and results

Some services require consultation. Please provide accurate information about allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, previous treatments and other factors relevant to safe service delivery. Vinitas may modify, postpone or decline a service where appropriate.

Website content and consultation guidance are not medical diagnosis or medical advice. Results vary between people, and photographs are illustrative unless expressly identified as a specific client result.

Payments, cancellations and event work

Deposit, payment, cancellation, refund, travel, rental and event-specific terms may apply to bridal, makeup, on-location or other advance bookings.

The branch must communicate the applicable terms before accepting payment. Those specific written terms form part of the confirmed booking. General website browsing alone does not create a paid booking.

Offers and promotions

Offers may be branch-specific, time-limited or subject to service, professional, availability and membership conditions. Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, offers cannot be combined.

The applicable offer conditions should be presented with the offer and confirmed by the branch.

Content, ownership and external services

Vinitas names, logos, original copy, photographs, videos, procedures and website design are owned by or licensed to Vinitas and may not be commercially reused without permission.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their services, availability, terms and privacy practices are controlled by them.

Careers, responsibility and applicable law

Sending a careers message does not guarantee an interview, offer or employment. Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights. Vinitas is not responsible for failures caused solely by external platforms or circumstances reasonably outside its control.
