At the hair wash station, scalp scrub is applied before shampooing the scalp and hair. The hair is then blast-dried before warm Organic Mystery Hair Spa Oil is applied to the scalp.
Massage is a complete step.

minutes of oil massage
Warm Organic Mystery Hair Spa Oil, specially formulated for this treatment, is applied to the scalp, followed by a 20-minute massage. Hair Spa cream is then applied to the hair and scalp and emulsified section by section with a milking motion for 15 to 20 minutes in total. The oil massage and cream emulsifying are separate steps.

Apply Hair Spa cream to the hair and scalp. Emulsify section by section with a milking motion, working the cream through each section, for 15 to 20 minutes in total. This is separate from the oil massage.

Scrub, shampoo and blast-dry
At the hair wash station, apply scalp scrub, then shampoo the scalp and hair. Blast-dry the hair.

Warm oil scalp massage
Apply warm Organic Mystery Hair Spa Oil, specially formulated for this treatment, to the scalp. Massage for 20 minutes.

Cream application and emulsifying
Apply Hair Spa cream to the hair and scalp. Emulsify section by section with a milking motion, working the cream through each section, for 15 to 20 minutes in total. This is separate from the oil massage.

Steam or hot-towel wrap
Steam for 15 minutes, or use a hot-towel wrap.

Mild shampooing and conditioner
Follow with mild shampooing and conditioner.

Serum and blow-dry
Apply serum, then blow-dry.
Allow 60–90 minutes for hair up to 4 inches, and 90–120 minutes for midback or waist-length hair.
