What this website currently does

When you choose Continue on WhatsApp for an appointment or general enquiry, Vinitas saves your enquiry before WhatsApp opens. Authorised staff can access it to handle your request. The selected branch may contact you even if you do not send the WhatsApp message. Saving an enquiry does not confirm an appointment.

The careers form prepares a WhatsApp message for Vinitas HR without saving an application in the website database.

Information you may choose to share

A saved enquiry includes your name, contact number, branch, enquiry purpose, selected services and estimates, and any membership response, professional preference, appointment or trial details, wedding-planner person labels and occasion details, venue or notes you provide. It also stores the prepared WhatsApp message and submission information.

Please do not place sensitive medical, financial or identity-document information in a general website enquiry. Relevant consultation information should be shared only through the appropriate Vinitas process.

Technical data and cookies

Our hosting and security providers may process routine technical records, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Local storage remembers your service selections, branch and membership choices. If you use the wedding planner, it also saves person and occasion labels, dates, ready-by times and venues on this device. Session storage remembers browsing and wedding-flow position, receipt-recovery tokens and retry checks. The enquiry form’s contact-name, phone-number and free-text note fields are held in memory before submission; wedding occasion details may also be saved locally as described above. Submitted enquiries are saved before WhatsApp opens. Clearing browser storage does not delete an enquiry already saved by Vinitas. Staff sign-in uses an essential session cookie.

Optional analytics and advertising tracking are currently disabled in Vinitas.

How information is used and shared

Information received by a branch or HR may be used to answer enquiries, consider appointment requests, manage membership questions, respond to feedback or review job applications.

We may use service providers needed to host, secure and operate our systems. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect people, Vinitas or its systems.

WhatsApp, maps and social platforms

Branch-page maps load only when you choose Load Google Map. Loading a map connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information and use cookies under its own privacy practices.

Directions, WhatsApp and Instagram links open external services with their own terms and privacy practices. Directions remains available without loading the embedded map.

Retention and security

Saved website enquiries and information received by branches or HR are kept to handle enquiries, applications and related follow-up. Closing or cancelling an enquiry does not delete it. You can ask about information held by Vinitas, request correction or erasure, or raise a privacy concern through the Contact page or contact@vinitas.co.in. Vinitas will review your request, the purpose for keeping the information and any applicable legal or dispute-related retention requirements. Website enquiries do not currently expire or become anonymised automatically.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and system. No website or transmission method can honestly be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask about personal information held by Vinitas, request correction or erasure where applicable, withdraw consent for optional processing, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children and changes to this notice

The public enquiry forms are not intended for children to submit independently. A parent or lawful guardian should communicate for a minor where appropriate.

We may update this notice as the website and Vinitas services evolve. Material changes will be shown with a revised effective date.
